THE GREATROOM
The Greatroom, located on the upper level of the Annex, is over 7,000 square feet. Its soaring ceiling and expansive windows make it the perfect venue for larger events. Three smaller spaces adjoin the Greatroom and are included in the rental:
The Nest—an elevated area above the crowd perfect for DJs, photo booths or speakers.
The Mezzanine—a lounge-like space overlooking the Greatroom with standing room for up to 73 guests (at full capacity).
The Greenroom—a private retreat for bridal parties, artists, speakers and volunteers, which includes lounge furniture, a mini fridge, and a full bathroom.
